With an MBA in International Hospitality Management from a top-ranked school, I have dedicated myself to hospitality since my teenage years. • Developed over 40 hotels globally.

•  Led the leadership team in the first-ever rollout of Formula Blue design space worldwide.
• Served as an Advisor and Executive board member for Phase 4, which encompassed a 5-star hotel, a villa complex, restaurants, and commercial retail stores. Developed backend strategies to enhance Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) and Average Daily Rate (ADR), resulting in an impressive 18% increase in YoY hotel revenue and a 22% increase in RevPAR.
• Successfully implemented Quore software for IHG Worldwide, which has now become a widely adopted solution among hotel brands globally.

Jeff Driskel is a versatile NFL player who excels in both quarterback and tight end positions. He has played for multiple teams throughout his career, including the Houston Texans, Cincinnati Bengals, Detroit Lions, Denver Broncos, and San Francisco 49ers. Off the field, Driskel has received several awards, such as the 2018 Ed Block Courage Award for his resilience in overcoming adversity and the Houston Texans Impact Team Newcomer of the Year for his commitment to community service. Prior to his NFL career, Driskel achieved success at the University of Florida and Louisiana Tech, and he was recognized for his leadership and community service. He is also actively involved in the Orlando Health Foundation as a board member.

 Christian Giordano believes that the world of architecture and design is due for a reinvention and, as the majority shareholder of Mancini Duffy, he is perfectly primed to be the one doing the reimagining.

Christian approaches his leadership role with the benefit of 20 years of experience, as well as a recognized commitment to pushing the boundaries within the industry. He spent the formative years of his career, from 2004 to 2013, at HLW International. An acclaimed designer, Christian was well respected for his work with technology and media giants including HBO, ESPN and Disney, and was named to Building Design + Construction’s “40 Under 40” Class of 2013.

That same year, Ralph Mancini extended him an offer to join his firm, Mancini Duffy. Less than one year after coming on board, Christian was named president of Mancini Duffy in October of 2014. He assumed the role of majority owner in January of 2017.

Since joining Mancini Duffy, he has helped the firm attract clients that share his innovative mindset. Christian has also introduced a search and development arm to the firm–dubbed the Design Lab–which is focused on technologies that create an immersive design process. And he is committed to creating an employee-centric culture based on the principal: “We put our people first. Our people put our clients first.”

Based on his achievements as president of Mancini Duffy, he was recently accepted into the prestigious Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Christian resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey – where he grew up and where he is now an active part of the community. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Ranney School in Tinton Falls, which is attended by his two young daughters.

Libby Sims Patrick is the founding Principal and CEO of Atlanta-based Sims Patrick Studio (SPS). With more than 30 years of experience in the architecture and interior design industry, Libby is an expert in the design and conceptualization of nearly all space typologies, from commercial to residential and across numerous verticals. Drawing on a lifetime of creative endeavors, Libby brought her own firm to life in 1999, and has since spearheaded work on a multitude of projects throughout the United States, utilizing her wide breadth of knowledge to inform the firm’s ongoing work in the hospitality sector.

 Libby has served as a featured panelist and speaker at local and national events, including NeoCon, HD Expo, and IIDA, and her award-winning work has been featured in notable publications such as Architectural Record, Boutique Design, Hospitality Design, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and Better Homes & Gardens, among others. Libby’s eye for color, use of planning, and aptitude for three-dimensional design direction has made her a force not just in the southeast, but in the broader design industry as she commands the helm of SPS.
